Prepaid Travel Card keeps getting declined

We just recently bought this card hoping it will work abroad as promised. But, only first 4 transactions went through. After that, card is getting declined for atm withdrawals and purchases.

Have called customer service twice and they said card is active, but why is it not working? Surely something is wrong with it.

This app doesn’t show status of card. I can’t even change default currency to CAD as it is set in USD.

Not a great experience so far.
