Poor customer service

I ordered my prints over a week ago and have not heard one thing from email and the tracking is a little suspect. It doesn’t tell you where it is. It is as if it hasn’t even been sent. Not very happy about this and probably won’t ever use this again. My shipping cost as much as my purchase. So not really a great deal either.

This app is a scam!

Didn’t receive anything form of a shipping number nor a confirmation code, it took my money I waited to see if anything would come. Reach out, went to the link which is a dead end so for the people saying they got something I wanna see a video or something cause this app isn’t proving any type of information after you purchase something . Good luck if you buy something!

Tax

I re downloaded the canvas print app and on the checkout page it I filled out all the info that your suppose too and it’s telling me to click to fresh the tax which I have a few times and it says server error so I’m wondering what’s wrong ??
