I recently ordered a photobook from your company through the Quick Photoprint app, and I am appalled by the abysmal quality of the product I received. The cover art is not just off-center—it’s embarrassingly misaligned—and the faces in the photo are distorted, blending awkwardly into the background in a way that looks completely unprofessional. This was meant to be a meaningful gift, but it’s so poorly done that it’s downright humiliating to even consider giving it to someone.
To make matters worse, I’ve tried multiple times to get this issue resolved by emailing the address provided in your app, only to be met with complete silence. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expect an immediate response and a proper resolution to this matter.
