Terrible Quality and Zero Customer Support – Do Not Use!
I recently ordered a photobook from your company through the Quick Photoprint app, and I am appalled by the abysmal quality of the product I received. The cover art is not just off-center—it’s embarrassingly misaligned—and the faces in the photo are distorted, blending awkwardly into the background in a way that looks completely unprofessional. This was meant to be a meaningful gift, but it’s so poorly done that it’s downright humiliating to even consider giving it to someone.
To make matters worse, I’ve tried multiple times to get this issue resolved by emailing the address provided in your app, only to be met with complete silence. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expect an immediate response and a proper resolution to this matter.

Very bad experience
I spent over 2 hours scanning through my photos to pick about 200 choice photos to print. The app crashed a couple of times during the process but I was determined. Anyhow well over 2 hours later my order was placed and my credit card was charged immediately. I then received a confirmation email that they received my order and further communication would follow in regards to the shipping. A week later I still haven’t received any information about shipping and when I look in the app, I get a message saying the order was cancelled and that they had an issue with their printer. I tried contacting them twice to find out what the status truly is. I have not heard back. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

I am very impressed with this website. I was in your store and I was told by one of your workers that would be faster because the Wi-Fi wasn’t working good and it doesn’t work that good sometimes I’m grateful for her honesty because I did wait for a little while, but on my own account before I asked for help, I did at home and it was convenient and I didn’t feel rushed and I think you CVS

Convenience
I love being able to order pictures and being able to pick them up in a few hours. I love sending my family members pictures in the mail and surprising them. I can order my pictures and crop them on the app to be sure the pictures are what I like. If your picture is too light a yellow triangle with an exclamation point will appear so you won’t be surprised or you can decide against getting prints for the pictures. I’ve used this for at least 10 years!

Photos the easy way!
This app was so easy to use! It made the whole process so much less frustrating than driving clear to the store, hooking up my phone, trying to get the pictures to download, and waiting around in the store for them to print off. With a few clicks, I was able to pick the photos I wanted, pick the quantities and sizes I needed, and find out when I could pick the pictures up. There was even an option to have them delivered to my house if I couldn’t make it to the store! This was truly a breeze to use, and I recommend it to anyone needing to have pictures printed off!

Thankful for this app!
I love that I can order photos right on this fairly easy to use app and have them sent directly to my house! So convenient! I will note that it can be tricky to select an album from my saved photos on my phone if the album is new and down at the bottom of the screen. It is not selectable so I have to add or delete some albums in order to view and select the one I want with the photos I am developing. It also did not accept my PayPal this last time which I use for everything online. Not sure why… but can’t wait for the photos and thank you for saving me a trip to pick them up!

Quick Photo Print
As someone who’s always taking pictures of her family, I love printing my photos so they are not just on my phone. The QPP app is user-friendly, convenient, and allows me to select the photos I want for print anytime, anywhere. I love that there’s an in-store pick up option or ship to home option. I like to order my prints via the app for in-store pickup. Quality of photos are crisp!

Patience is a virtual
When scrolling through the photos or even if you weren’t touching the screen- I assume it’s from maybe loading the photos to select. There was a delay with me adding photos and the screen would almost seem to freeze with the loading symbol for too long. Or maybe user phone error- however it’s a lil tix bit to heed when using the app. Upside is - I actually prefer the app over going into the store and attempting to use the kiosk, if you don’t have a physical way to copy your photos (usb-SD, through social media) than you’ll have to use the WiFi. The site on your phone gives you a hard time acknowledging you pushed “add” to send photos to the kiosk and once the screen goes away the photos will never upload and you’ll have to start again.
All in all - be patient using the app and select delivery for the $2 fee because it’s close to $5 to pick up in an hour- though if you weee able to do it in store on the kiosk idk if it would of been the same cost because I didn’t get that far.

Lost Pictures
I have placed three orders of 100 pictures in the last month and a half… the HISTORY says they are still processing with various times that change every time I look… please help me find them. I talked to customer service last week and she was unable to help. The orders COMBINED were over $100…which I’m sure has already been charged to my credit card. Thanks in advance…I have been a happy customer for many years now and have never had a problem like this before….
