Love the speed, good quality
I love the convenience of having a 1 Hour Photo nearby.
However, the website and ordering process is a little outdated. You should be able to decide to add more photos without having to enter your information all over again… from the cart. Instead, you have to “go back“. I do like that. They warn you if your print may be low quality yet it’s still allows you to print it. Sometimes you don’t need the highest quality and I appreciate it let it go through!
And, if I decide I want to add an additional size of the same photo, again, I have to go back wait for the photos to upload so I can select the one I want. It seems there should be a way that I can add 5 x 7 to the 4 x 6 I’ve already edited, and added to my cart. The process of having to wait for my photo library to load makes me want to just say forget it, I’ll do without
Most problematic for me is that once you edit it, you can’t change your mind and go back in and edit it again. You have to start the process over by going back loading the pictures, selecting the one you want, adding it to your cart, and re-editing it. The process these days should just be very very simple. I will try to see if there’s another service nearby that I can use instead that makes it simple.
