You can shop and order from the app now, and you can even create a new subscription, but you still can’t manage an existing subscription. Maybe next version will fix this issue…
View info but can’t order
This app provides information and that’s all. You can put items in a shopping cart but you can’t order. Logged in or not. If I have to use a browser to place an order I don’t need the app on my phone.
I tap the buttons
and drinks happen. Just like with my Bartesian.

Love the app! Was able to check everything out with ease! Also the cocktail options are straight forward. A definite recommendation!
This app is awful
I love my Bartesian. We have two of them. Solid product. The app however, is horrific. It’s not user friendly, you can’t manage your subscription or shop from it, and it basically undoes anything you are able to start from it. Its more frustration than it’s worth to even try to use it. For a company with such a great product, you’d think they’d have a better app!

Needs an update!
The best feature on the app is the digital drink menu. Other than that without being able to manage my subscription.. I’d rather just log into the website!
Subscription malfunction
I want to rate it 5 stars! But it doesn’t let you manage your subscription even though that is one of the main tabs on your opening screen. It just constantly says loading subscriptions and never comes up. So disappointed as that’s what I mainly wanted it for!
Does not work
The app won’t let you manage your subscriptions nor will it let you purchase one, the screen goes black or never loads.
Does not work well
Downloaded to place order hoping to create a subscription and get a discount on accessories at the same times since mobile web did not do this at the same time. When I tried to create subscription it went straight to a white page.
I hope the machine works a lot better than the app!
