App is pretty useless
Had high hopes for this app but only disappoints. No order history, account information, ect. Doesn’t view properly on your phone. Only proper way to order is through the website unfortunately. Definitely needs a major overhaul.
Subscription management!

Fix the app
Selected items won’t load to shopping cart. Maybe it’s me but kinda fundamental that you would want customers to be able to buy product.
Worthless
Completely worthless. Can’t edit subscription orders. And orders made on the website don’t even show up as past orders in the app. Get rid of it or fix it!
Lacking Features
I like the app… love my machine. Where is the subscription management?
Cannot log in
Love Bartesian. But I used ShopPay to make my purchase. And now it is impossible to log in to the app.
App keeps crashing
Please invest in maintenance and upkeep of the app. I refuse to put in essential information to order when every 2 mins the app crashes. Meaning bugs and spam which opens the door for hackers and data leaks. Which cause a class action lawsuit. I just deleted the app and ordered from Amazon. I don’t want my info leaked in the event of a hack.

App is pointless
When I click on a product it just gives me a black screen. So I can’t order anything through the app and have to use the website.
Need to be able to manage subscription
Please add the capability to manage a subscription in the app...it is not very useful if you can only set up a new subscription but not manage it.
