No phone support
Without a phone support it is difficult to get business done right. I bet Snackpass management would go crazy if their vendors communicate via chat bot only.Tammmmmmz

Thanks for your review! Snackpass does offer phone support seven days a week to our restaurant partners in English, Spanish, and Mandarin. Our phone number appears on the resting screen of your kitchen devices, but you can also contact us via email, text or live chat and we'll gladly provide you with the number.
