    Just a black screen…
  • Game changer. Convenient for restaurant owners constantly on the go!

    Been asking them for an app for a few years now, so glad they listen to their customers and delivered. So much easier to view my sales, manage my employees, and access store settings on the go. I operate multiple stores and don’t have time to sit in front of a computer, so this app has been a game changer for me. Live chat function is great as well. Thanks for always innovating and building what your customers need!

    Super helpful to be able to access sales and reports right from my phone. Also the ability to message and call customer support through it is awesome. Snackpass is a great system.

    Without a phone support it is difficult to get business done right. I bet Snackpass management would go crazy if their vendors communicate via chat bot only.

    Thanks for your review! Snackpass does offer phone support seven days a week to our restaurant partners in English, Spanish, and Mandarin. Our phone number appears on the resting screen of your kitchen devices, but you can also contact us via email, text or live chat and we'll gladly provide you with the number.
