i deposited a small account into this wallet that is a seed phrase only to find out that everything i deposited was gone, all transactions we gone, n the seed phrase i had doesnt work. the support is not comprehensive, the site is generic enough for a well seasoned user with many years in this industry not to understand, you have to use your seed phrase when you log in as well as you log out, then you have to use your password when you log in, as well as when you log out. "DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!!!!!!!" you will lose any and all crypto n they willl steal all your information bc they tell you to keep it running in the background. it may have costed me $13.00 canadian, stay away from this platform.Show lessMall Paul 18'

One of the worst wallet I’ve ever made use of. You could make deposits and it won’t show up for hours… also I think the wallet devs sometimes intentionally prevent you from withdrawing your tokens. I don’t know if it’s a bug or some form of scheme from the devs but my best advise is to stay away from this wallet.Show lessCharpln

I bought a good amount of Monero coin through this app. It showed the exchange happening, then it showed a completed transaction. But the coin never showed up in my wallet. So I contacted their support, who told me that they are having problems with their wallet and Monero. They basically told me that until they create a “fix” for this problem (which will be an update to the app) I have no access to MY money. They also said that they aren’t sure when that update might happen. There was no warning about this problem when I went to purchase the coin. Only AFTER I bought it and got in contact with their support did I find out this problem. WHY DID THEY LET ME BUY IT IF THEY KNOW THAT THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR WALLETS AND MONERO?!?!?!? But, in the meantime my money sits with this company doing nothing.Show lessZippy1time
