Crashes often

Hi Ykeesha! Thank you for leaving us an honest review! The Basic version of the application allows you to do so much for free. There's a ton of makeup looks, makeup tools and non-makeup tools that are free to use. While there are a ton of Premium and Pro level features that can only be accessed via a PLUS membership, you'll still be able to use many of the free tools to have a very nice edited selfie. Please email our support team at "iosappstore@perfect365.com" and we'll work to asnwer any existing questions that you might have. Also, there is a 7-day Free Trial to experience the PLUS Membership if you haven't already activated it. That's the perfect way to try-out all the Pro/Premium features and then you can decide to continue with PLUS Membership or cancel out before the 7-day expiration. The flexibility is all yours :)

Hello! Thank you for your review and we appreciate the high star rating! While the app is free and most of the Makeup features are free to use as well, we do offer some Pro Level Makeup Looks, Tools, and other Premium options that do require a PLUS Membership to access. But, we did price this very competitively against any of our nearly app competition we feel and believe it's one of the best values available for these types of premium makeup tools and other video tools. Can’t delete videos

Hello! Thank you for your review and we appreciate the 5-star rating! The Perfect365 Video app is designed for videos. If you are looking for PHOTO support with Perfect365, then you'll need to download the original "Perfect365" app. Just perform a search for it in the APP Store and you should be able to find it. We're not aware of the issue that you reported over because although the app does allow you to record in a selfie, we're leveraging off the camera from the iOS device.
