  • Can’t access from iPhone with microsoft365 login

    I get into a loop. The app directs me to Microsoft edge (why???) and the edge back to the app
  • Missing key features

    Cannot add to live call using app, can’t access desktop version on my phone
  • You can’t see the calls on the app

    You can’t see the calls like on the web
  • Costs a dollar doesn’t work

    Paying loads for my Chorus and ZoomInfo seat on desktop, and they still charge a dollar for the app

    Wouldn’t be complaining, but none of the recordings will play

  • The app needs work.

    I've used the app for about 30 minutes and it crashed 3 times. There's also no way to filter calls in "My Team's Recording's" However I like that there is a mobile app where I can listen to my teams calls.

  • Forced reroute to app with limited features

    Chorus now won’t allow me to log into the site via mobile browser. It is forcing me to use the app, I am continuously rerouted no matter how I try to log in. The app has limited features and I cannot complete the urgent task I’m trying to do - in this case approve and new user. Very frustrating.

  • app won’t even log me in

    I’ve worked in tech for a while and very familiar with ZoomInfo. This app doesn’t even allow me to log in with my gmail or my okta so it’s useless. The log in function is clearly broken.

    My enterprise company just moved from Gong to Chorus and so far Gong is so much better in every way it’s not even funny.

    Until this app gets an update to simply allow me to log in, it’ll continue to be useless and hinder my ability to access my calls on the go.

  • Crashes

    First of all i can’t even access the application online on my phone which is incredibly annoying because the online application is much better and you get access to filters. Instead I’m just prompted to download the app.

    Well the app just crashes anyway….

    So i can’t use it on safari and i can’t use the app….sad design.

    Add in a close button online for people using phones or add filters to app and make app useable lol.

    Not asking for much.

  • Horrible

    Might be the worst mobile app in modern day. Can’t even get the app to open, let alone use. What a terrible user experience, and the fact that it doesn’t even open anymore is the least of its user experience issues.
