Mobile Experience is inferior to all competitors
Mobile application is useless. No access to bookmarks, no ability to download to listen later (like on a plane, areas of the country with poor cell reception, or locations with no Wi-Fi. Gong is definitely a better investment if your company has road warriors even if it is more expensive. Very very disappointing.Show lessgbech

I can’t find playlists or see deals like gong. The filtering is not in the mobile app there is not filtered search and any bookmarked calls are gone.

The app feature set is so limited it’s basically unusable and anytime you open a link on a phone or tablet it forces you to go to the app.Mr.TanMan

Doesn’t connect to the MS Authenticator properly. Will not work. What a waste of time. Just update the old app why don’t you?Peerman82
unable to log in via SSO
The redirect handler in the app doesn’t log me in after I successfully authenticate with Okta. I’m able to SSO from Okta in a computer browser - this is a problem specific to the mobile app. Unfortunately it makes the app useless for me.Concach00
