Cold food and missing items
Used the app to order delivery. There were 2 items missing (fries and motzarella sticks, so about $15 stolen) & the burgers were Luke warm on arrival. To be fair, I can tell these would have been quality burgers if I’d bought them fresh. Won’t be using the app again, I’d prefer to go & grab freshly made burgers.
I did receive an acknowledgment from their ‘support’ to say they’d pass my missing order details on, no news so far. Disappointing.
