My new favorite app!
Cannot recommend highly enough. This app has been so helpful for my 3 year old who was finding the transition to daycare super hard. The way you can personalize the stories is so cool. My son loves it and it’s so nice to read the stories together and watch his confidence grow.
The visual plan has also saved our mornings. I don’t have to shout and he loves the independence!

LOVE
I downloaded this for my 7 year old son who struggles with routines and transitions. This has been a complete game changer! I love the visual schedule with the timer for each task. It makes it feel like a game to my son. My son is also scared of the dentist so the social story about going to the dentist eased his mind. I can’t wait to create more routines and social stories with him! This is great to build his executive functioning skills.

An amazing resource
The Courageous Kids app has really helped with my autistic son’s anxiety around going to child care. We read him the personalised social story each morning and it helps put him at ease. We are finding drop offs much easier as he knows what to expect. The app is easy to use and I love that you can use cartoon style images or upload your own photos. My son loves turning the pages like a book. Thank you Courageous Kids for making our life easier!

This app provides easy to edit templates for social stories and visual schedules. It’s easy to navigate and so quick to personalize! Option to use on your device or print out a hard copy. Very functional!
So, so helpful.
I have a little one who gets to quietly nervous, it breaks my heart, and I just don’t know how to best prepare him without making it even more overwhelming. Using simple and personalised stories, will help him prepare for starting school soon. I’ll make sure to tell his teacher about the app, so other parents can prepare their little ones too!

Thoroughly enjoyed using this app. Very easy and convenient. Mainly designed to construct social stories from scratch or there are pre set ones. You can personalize the stories with the name and upload images of individuals too. My son enjoyed the social story of visiting the dentist and will continue sharing it with him leading up to our appointment.

This app is amazing! So well designed and user-friendly. An easy way to help your toddler or child prepare for situations. It prepares the stories for you, you can select the characters and edit the words to suit what you might say. You can even make your own and add your own images. Definitely recommend!

The social stories that I have created for my son to help him with going to the dentist and starting school have been fantastic. So well written and he just loves seeing himself in each.
