Very disappointed by there service. There App won’t work when I try to login! They say My ATM is active however on ATM machine it give error!!!!

Did first transaction and after 2 mint loading show error and no have good ui ux where i can find sections and histiry very tough and ui ux looks likeun matureAZichamp

CNIC Already Registered with unknown mobile number
I have downloaded the app today and upon signup receiving a weird message which says your CNIC is already registered with another mobile number. I have never registered or signed up before so not sure what’s going on here with app behaviour.Zohaibslife
