Extreme poor Customer service

My money didn’t came out of the atm and they told me that it dispensed and the money id deducted from my account. I am calling at the call center for a while and there is no response. No one picks the phone. Call at js bank and tgey said that we are not related to the zindagi app although it is written clearly that this app is power by JS Bank limited. No one is picking the call and I am calling since 12 pm and it’s 9pm now. Extreme poor service. I will be taking out my money and will close the account but what about my money? And they reassure me that it will be reversed, they are not even attending the call

Do not Install the Zindigi App!

Very disappointed by there service. There App won’t work when I try to login! They say My ATM is active however on ATM machine it give error!!!!
I am very very disappointed!!!

Worst UI UX and User Experience is as Bad

Did first transaction and after 2 mint loading show error and no have good ui ux where i can find sections and histiry very tough and ui ux looks likeun mature

Bad ui/ux

Crashes sometimes
Used it mainly for stocks but it stopped working and now its been more than 6 months my issue isn’t resolved

Do not install Zindagi app

Because this app is those problems
Like Yesterday I move money from zindagi to easypaisa but transaction is failed .
I faced this problem from Some days
I recommend don’t install this zindagi app

Been facing this issue alot.

CNIC Already Registered with unknown mobile number

I have downloaded the app today and upon signup receiving a weird message which says your CNIC is already registered with another mobile number. I have never registered or signed up before so not sure what’s going on here with app behaviour.
