Great website. It has everything from 509, ranging from movies to snow machine gear. The only thing that I want in the app would be a back button in the store, but other wise great app!yO nAmE m
Fix your app
It was fine a couple months ago but now when I go on the app it always goes back to the home page and controls itself and I loose where I’m at, I had to get to the same page 20 times until I gave up. Idk why it’s doing it, I like the app but it’s not usable right nowlove dirtbikes 125
Back Country App Blackout
Heated goggles with 509 Bluetooth app! Great idea but you have to login to use it. Again, it works great when sitting near the WiFi in the cabin with a beer in hand playing with the app. The reality is that when your in the back country with no cell service the app will not work unless you find service. So you still have a cool set of heated goggles that can be set manually but the Bluetooth connection will not work because you can’t get past the login for the app. It would be such an easy fix to correct this so good luck with it 509. For now it’s best for those who like riding around their cabin in circles with frequent stops to eat the yellow snow. Me, I would rather be side-hilling up to the top of a summit in the trees rather than looking for a cell connection to get the app to connect to my heated goggles!Show lessPhtt!

Terrible App
Please make a simple independent app for your products, all the extra garbage is not needed. All I want to do is control my goggles. Rarely will the app even do that much. You’ve taken what should be simple and complicated it. 509, you let down everyone who has purchased your products and are under the assumption that they will seamlessly function with a great app. Instead you take the money and give us 💩 to run our stuff on.Show less$downthetoilet

Could be awesome. But doesn’t work in the backcountry without cell service and the battery level is almost always inaccurate. So pretty much useless.wwzeek
Just got my Ignite Aviator Goggles - Can't use the app
Created an account when I bought the goggles from 509.
Tried to login, reset pw, cannot login. App is useless. Less than pleased since I can't control $300+ goggles.Fsgnw
