this app is horrible doesn't work hasn't worked in over 4 months nothing is happening or being fixed we have had so much problems with it and it's so frustrating.
Do Not Use
This system does not work. At all. Anything about it. Do not let your neighborhood adopt this system.
loading screen of death
the screen keeps buffering and won’t load no matter how long i leave it open, rendering it unusable. Even before this, this app and overall company is one of the worst in the world. They make it impossible to call customer service and fix issues. The app in itself is also a stupid concept, why do my guests have to download the app in order to enter? There is no way to find out what the “code” to enter is and the little sticker on the cars almost never work.

Terrible system
The Sage system has been a terrible addition to our neighborhood. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not recommend.

I am a pet sitter and this is the only way I can access my clients neighborhood and I cannot even open the app. Terrible, terrible, terrible user experience.
This app doesn’t work
This has been rolled out in my neighborhood and it has been an absolute disaster. Can’t get the app to work on every ones phone and people get stranded outside late at night.

Crashing
I tried everything, the app has bad user experience and can’t open the app, it just crashes after signing in every time. I tried redownloading it.
Does not fit on smaller iPhones
This app is unusable if you have an iPhone with a smaller screen. Buttons at the bottom are cut off and you can register or use the app at all. So frustrating.
No Guards Needed
As a community manager who has managed several gated communities. The Sage APP is a great option. It’s is versatile and can be used among several associations at once. at this time I have two associations in the same area using this app with no complaints. The Sage APP allows for the owners to be in control of their guest entries at all times. The APP is user-friendly.

More Features
Need to make the app more usable for residents. Should not have to force guests to download an app to give them access to the neighborhood. Let me put them on my list and generate a code from the homeowner app that I can then send to my guest. Also would like to do the same for gatherings and parties. The process for gaining access to the neighborhood is too cumbersome for both the homeowner and the guests.
