App Won’t Connect to Bike

I have tried more than 20 times to connect (pair) the app to the bike. I receive the same error message every time, telling me that the app won’t pair I can find no troubleshooting information to remedy this and the company will not answer my email and address this. Plus I can find no number for customer service.

The bike is great but without the technology, it’s just another bike.

Not a bike for a bike rider

Numerous issues.
First my carbon 1 is a fixed gear bike that even without power you spin out at some 100+ rpm going up a 1-2% grade. Useless as I can’t keep up with my riding buddies doing 21-23mph.
Second, the seat only goes down 1/2 way- so my wife can’t ride it.
Third, I want to give away to some under- privileged kid but it needs to be unbound from my account - absolutely no info on how to do that.

I’ve had it for nearly 2 years, 2 rides and it’s basically a piece of art but not a bike.

Not good

The GPS function randomly stops recording. The alarm goes off constantly for no reason

Problems

Binding the bike was painful. The directions were not clear and it took me close to an hour.

I would say don’t buy this product.

But if you’re reading this message it is probably to late. I usually the customer that finds every possible self help before requesting customer assistance but this product forced me into requesting help just to find out there is only one means of communication. Through their personal message board and they don’t even answer that.

Customer Service is problematic

I received my Carbon 1S on Monday and was unable to pair with bluetooth to connect the bike to my smartphone. I contacted customer services via E-mail Monday evening, and sent additional emails for assistance. I still have not received needed support!

Buggy app. Freezes at multiple steps

Frustrating to the max. App froze many times while attempting bike setup. Obviously, if I can’t setup the bike, it will be returned. Disappointing, because build quality appears to be good, but I don’t know how it rides because the bike won’t complete setup process. Grrrrr.

Only one issue for me

Everything about the app/bike works as expected for me. I’m experiencing one issue where the directions on the bike display are inaccurate when using navigation. It’s not a feature that I really use, so no real impact. Having all off my rides logged automatically has been great. No issues with bike settings.

Purchased my bike in September

Purchased my bike in September of 22 it rides really smooth. Very comfortable. Customer service has improved since I purchased the bike.
