I love using Linktree! However, whenever you’re trying to maximize on your profile it ends up crashing or not working all together.
My account has the option to add thumbnails to certain links to attach an image with the it. Every time I add an image it doesn’t load and worse it just leave a question mark image. This go for my profile picture too.

Can’t get past the Home Screen
I’m sure the app would be just as good as the website but to log in or sign up it takes you to a redirect page on safari. However safari will not load because it’s too many redirects and you can’t change it in settings. I signed up and can log in through my computer but I thought it would be more convenient and efficient to use the app. It would be best if someone look at this error and get the bug fixed.Show lessheyinternet217
Doesn’t work right
I don’t know what they did to this app, but it is worse than what it used to be. I can’t get logged in with my account information on the app. So I go and reset it every single time I login. Even if I go through the process to create a new password it only works when I first open the page that it’s on. If I go back to the app and try to login, it won’t take my password. I have created probably 15 passwords yesterday trying to update my account and then I get some sort of warning that makes absolutely zero sense. I will be looking for an alternative and getting rid of this.Show lessSweetbeats33

This app and Camila are a waste of time, money and energy. After using their site for more then a year both as a paid member and free member I can confidently say I am very happy I switched over to “Milkshake” this week and deleted my linktree account. I asked over 20 days ago with weekly reminders for them to help reset my password and even provided proof of the glitch in their site….must be getting paid to do nothing over there I guess. Oh and for what it’s worth to anyone reading this the competitor I mentioned includes “insight” or “analytics” for free members. The email from which I set up my account is also the account linktree spams me with emails every other day begging me to pay for Linktree Pro.
However when I try to log in it says that email doesn’t have an account, when I try to create a new one it says that email already exists.
Unfortunately I have to warn others via this mechanism because there’s no response from customer service either.

I’ve been using Linktree for a long while and it works great with analytics showing views flawlessly . Now that I signed up to a very popular new affiliate marketing site, used this new link and it keeps saying unsafe URL. I got banned for a minute, contacted support and they said I was fine and was reactivated again. I was able to use this link with a domain name without it saying unsafe but then I realize NONE of my links are showing views now which really is a bummer. I have normally loved this app, but when I went to upgrade my account, I was charged the $50 annually and told that it failed because my Apple ID was associated with another account or email, but they took the money out of my account anyway instead of not taking it. I am extremely disappointed in what has happened because money doesn’t come easy for people nowadays. To me, this is robbery. Granted, link tree is a very amazing resource, and I really wanted to use my own custom backgrounds and this is why it was important for me to upgrade. They just took my money and I have nothing for it on my account. I don’t even use the old account anymore. Be very careful when considering upgrading.
