The app is seamless and easy to use. Not much of unnecessary options, you can quickly find everything you may be looking for. Thanks SNB for the great app and banking service!

Horrible app
This digital app is one of the worst applications for online banking. I keep getting a request to authenticate the device and it gives you less than 30 seconds to enter your last 4 digits of your debt card, people obviously need more time. Then it crashes all the time, making it hard to add a new beneficiary.

Very slow and outdated
I do not understand why the largest bank in the kingdom and they are not investing in their first point of contact with their customers?
I think the reason is they focus on companies rather than individuals.
The app is slow and the interface seems vey outdated. To The developers please look at the digital banks around the world and their apps and how they work and what they offer… for example check Monzo in the UK. And many other… if you want a better user experience you have to catch up with the rest otherwise you gonna fall behind.

مشكلة ظهور إجمالي رصيد الحسابات
أتمنى في التحديث القادم إضافة إختيار إخفاء إجمالي رصيد الحسابات لأنه يكشف الخصوصية عند الدخول للحساب بجنب شخص آخر ولا أريده أن يعرف إجمالي رصيد حسابي
