Device won’t stay paired

Every day I'm need to reconnect the device to my iPhone app. Today nothing seems to work getting them paired. I don't have any other bluetooth device I have had this much trouble with.

Very confusing and directions are hard to understand

No longer works

I have ios 15 and this app used to work great but won’t open up any more. I have reported this to Microlife. They don’t seem to care. No reason such a simple app which was working fine stopped supporting ios 15. Now I have to buy a different brand of blood pressure monitor. Fortunately Costco has a very generous return policy so just take it back for a full refund.

Can’t connect to Bluetooth

App gives unclear error message about mismatched data with no explanation. Very frustrating. Not worth the stress. Returning to Costco

Always complicated to pair sync etc

Frequent problems uploading my data frm the device to the app.

Doesn’t sync.

Just like others said, it doesn’t sync whatsoever. You have to run the machine for Bluetooth to work and connect to the phone, and by the time it does that, the blood pressure reading is gone, and you have to take a new reading…only for the Bluetooth to disconnect from the phone again right away.
