This company greater goods actually has working customer support. I had a simple issue where I couldn’t get logged in and engage them over email using the email in the app. They were responsive and able to get it sorted out within a day or two which was perfectly acceptable since we were doing it over email. This app needs to be fixed.
I’ve had this blood pressure monitor for only one year and already I cannot do a reading without it crashing all the time. Please fix your app and I’ll review the app again.YungDai
Flaky app
I’ve had the monitor for over a year; works fine. The app is a nuisance. I set up the monitor. It connects most of the time, not consistently. Then the monitor disappears from the app and I have to set it up again. What I really dislike is that using the app requires providing personal information. When I first used it the data was stored on my phone, no where else. Now you need to set up an account, presumably so that the company can track your data. I don’t want them to track my information, and there is no way to opt out and still use the app. Had I known how they planned to change the app, I would not have purchased this monitor.Show lessRbizzle92833
