  • Actual support!

    This company greater goods actually has working customer support. I had a simple issue where I couldn’t get logged in and engage them over email using the email in the app. They were responsive and able to get it sorted out within a day or two which was perfectly acceptable since we were doing it over email. Truly refreshing.

  • This app needs to be fixed.

    I’ve had this blood pressure monitor for only one year and already I cannot do a reading without it crashing all the time. Please fix your app and I’ll review the app again.
  • Flaky app

    I’ve had the monitor for over a year; works fine. The app is a nuisance. I set up the monitor. It connects most of the time, not consistently. Then the monitor disappears from the app and I have to set it up again. What I really dislike is that using the app requires providing personal information. When I first used it the data was stored on my phone, no where else. Now you need to set up an account, presumably so that the company can track your data. I don’t want them to track my information, and there is no way to opt out and still use the app. Had I known how they planned to change the app, I would not have purchased this monitor.

  • Warning daily ads

    I purchased this device because it didn’t have strings attached with monthly subscriptions. Now the last upgrade blasts you with daily ads. I just need an app to store my readings, not someone trying to sell me things I don’t need. It makes you wonder how long until they sell your results too.
  • Very pleased

    I wanted an easy to use BP cuff, and this is it!! It stores in a compact case, which will be easy for travel. The set up and sync to phone was intuitive. Each BP reading syncs quickly and correctly. It’s easy to see the history of readings and to share them, although I haven’t done that yet. The display panel is big and well illuminated, and the included directions are very clear. I am the sole user, but it’s nice that there’s an option for an additional user. I’m super-pleased with this device, and I encourage anyone interested to select it. An elegant combination of engineering, medical tech and design.

  • Trouble started with upgrade

    Update: This behavior seems to have gone away, which makes me happy.

    Since the upgrade, a frequent problem is that opening the app just goes to a white screen. I can get back to my ipad’s desktop, but the app is stuck on that screen. If I reboot the ipad then the app will start when I click it (transfers data without a problem). Since I use this several times a day to track my BP while my meds are being adjusted, this is annoying. Before the upgrade, it worked beautifully.

  • Recent update removes feedback for low readings

    The app used to give you a head’s up if your numbers were dropping below a healthy range and now it doesn’t. It’s the reason I track my BP so information on hypotension should be available as well as hypertension. Otherwise I really like it.

    Update since developer response: Numbers as low as 80/40 are being marked in green as normal readings, when they’re in fact dangerously low. Only high numbers that deviate from normal change from green to yellow and orange and red. Not low numbers.

  • A Few Issues, Mostly Works

    I takes your blood pressure fine, when it works it’s great. It keeps up with your history. However, the app keeps blanking out and I have to re-download it and re-sync it. This happens every 3-4 days. My monitor won’t work plugged in, so I have to use batteries. It goes through a set of batteries every month or two.

  • Would like mass delete/remove option

    Previously, I called and requested a delete/remove option for all entries. I like having a months record of my BP to show my cardiologist. Each month I have to delete each entry manually. This is time consuming.

  • A mediocre app just got worse

    Previously, I had two complaints with this app:
    The biggest one was that if there was no battery or AC power connected to it, it would lose your history.
    The other issue was the poor user interface.
    What prompted me to write this review, though, was discovering today that since I updated to iOS 16 over a month ago, this app has not been talking to my Apple Health app.
    I’ve got some mysterious blood pressure and other cardiac issues going on, and I’m in the middle of trying to figure them out with my doctor. It would be really great to have all my data in one place, an apple health seems like a good place to do that.
    A new version needs to come out ASAP. It’s a shame, because I actually like to be monitor itself.
