Cuff and app were easy for me to set up. Cuff is s little challenging for me to get on myself because it’s kind of slippy on my arm; hard to get snug. But not anywhere hard enough to raise my blood pressure. I don’t think.

I was very surprised at how easy it was to use and set up. After having a recent emergency that requires frequent blood pressure checks, my healthcare provider suggested this monitor but urged me to do some research. I found no better product at any price range. It was easy to set up after downloading the app. This thing is going to save lives! If you are in the market stop looking and buy this monitor. The product is user friendly right out off the box. The app works with no hitches. I needed a smaller cuff and the company sent it out the same day. Excellent app excellent product.KimWFT
User mismatch errors getting annoying
I’ve had my BP monitor a little less than a year now. Worked perfect at first but when phone storage got close to full I started getting user mismatch errors. Worked with support who told me to free up some space and worked. Few weeks later got the user mismatch error again but this time with plenty of space on the phone. Works off and on for weeks then back to user mismatch error. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone at this point.Show lessSammyTBull
New Review with 5 Stars This Time
I wrote a review giving a poor rating because of inability to auto-sync after an iPhone upgrade. I just got a new phone with lots of memory and now everything is working perfectly. I do wish that customer support would have told me that a certain amount of memory is required. Nevertheless I am happy now.Show lesslollyab61
Sync feature is still unreliable
Was hoping that the latest version would fix syncing issues. It doesn’t. The App forgets the connected Monitor so you have to set it up every time. It also gets confused about the User even if you keep the switch on User A. The help menu is completely useless. The new version supposedly has an additional way to sync without taking a new reading. No information provided on how to do that. These are simple things but they make the device very inconvenient to use.Show lesstonylane26
