  • Doesn’t work

Forgets login details. Impossible to reset password on iPhone. Have spent twenty minutes trying to get the app to reset my password but it is clear I will need to go and use a PC for this. It would be far easier to setup an Excel file and manually record every reading. Deeply disappointing.

Update 2019: The password reset has been improved. But still requests a new login more or less every time I use the monitor. Does not pull the password from iPhone passwords file seamlessly. I still recommend strongly using an excel file to record your results. App remains deeply disappointing.
Update 2021: Still forgets the password and still doesn’t work with Apple password database. Still very disappointing.

  • Love it!!

It’s easy to use. Can read it clearly. Has the ability for two people to use it. Great machine! If you’re looking for an easy to read, easy to use bp machine this one is it! I’ve had it for over a year now and it’s still going strong!!

  • The BEST!

Have never used a BP monitor like this! Easy, comfortable, and accurate! The best part is that it transfers information immediately to app making it the simplest record keeping! Enjoy!
    I have no complaints!
  • Don’t use it enough, needs a press-of-the-button solution (Apple Watch)

Love the cuff, but I never use the app! It’s easiest to log my BP data manually. It would be great if the app implemented WatchKit so you could quickly activate it from your watch and then the data was logged automatically. For instance, if you could press a button on one of your “watch faces” to open the WatchOS app, and then you pressed record BP, all on your wrist- that’s two clicks/taps, would be super ideal. Otherwise, solid app with a lot of potential.

  • Works well and safe to use

The product (BP monitor hardware, model 603) which came with this app works as expected so does the app.
Also have read the terms and conditions and privacy policy, both look like wellbeing of the user/customer is priority (your data is not shared/sold without you explicit opt-in agreement, rare nowadays).
    Integrates with iPhone’s Health app.
Owned for 1 month so far, made several bp readings.
I recommend this app and the associated product.

  • Has trouble syncing

This review is for the app and syncing with the device - not the device itself. The device works well!
The whole point of the app is to sync to the device and yet it has trouble almost every time I use it. I try turning the device on and off and then closing and reopening the app but sometimes even that doesn’t work.

PLEASE ADD A SYNC BUTTON ON THE APP!!!

  • Almost good

It seems to require me to login manually every time I use it. Then it forgets my Bluetooth pairing, and I have to do that all over again. One should be able to open this app with their fingerprint, and it should remember who you are in between uses! Using iOS 13 on an iPhone SE.
  • Basic but complicated

This app is basic but too complicated.
I’m a computer tech but just to delete an entry took me a while and I had to read the FAQ. It’s not intuitive or even logical. You go round and round in circles trying to use it. You can’t have more than one user at a time unless you create another account with email and password. Then you have to sign out and sign in with the other email and password just to switch users every time! This took me a long time and I had to email tech support because this simple feature was not in the FAQ. They make it frustrating just so they can collect more emails. The 604 blood pressure unit is nice and easy. It has a switch for 2 users and keeps logs of your stats which is nice. The app is uses less if you have more than one user.
I wish they put more thought into the App UI.
It does sync with Apple Health which is nice.

  • Doesn’t remember passwords

good app overall and links perfectly with apple Health. only problem that i experience is once in a while the app will quit and a password is required. for some reason it doesn’t link to apple passwords and if you use strong passwords, your going to have to reset the password.
  • FINALLY A BP APP THAT WORKS!

I was simply looking for a blood pressure cuff that could reliably transfer data via bluetooth to my phone (via an App). After an exhaustive internet search I discovered a lot of apps promise this but none of them actually delivered... that is, until I discovered this App which works with THE GREATER GOODS BLUETOOTH BP CUFF.

The Greater Goods Bluetooth BP cuff and it’s corresponding (Balance Health) App works great. The BP cuff and the App are both simple to use. Once the initial pairing of the BP cuff to the app is done ( a process that takes less than 2 minutes) then the app stays connected. No need to re-“pair” with use at a later time/date. Data is transferred automatically and quickly (within 2 seconds) of the same numbers popping up on the BP monitor. Can’t get simpler than that. App also lets you view data in the form of a graph or a table. Can also Email data to your doctor.

BE AWARE: with other brands of BP cuff/Apps I noticed that some of the Apps worked well then after a number of “updates” these apps stopped working. I trust the maker of this App recognize that they have a winner. To the makers of this App: “Please don’t fix what is not broken”.
