Great product terrible app
I really love the clothes and bedding. However trying to use this app is dreadful. I have deleted the app and now just shop at their website. I’m not sure why this is the case. Your prices are pretty up there.. so it does not make sense that your app is impossible to use.

Love Cozy Earth, App is Terrible
Wonderful product but the app is buggy and never works properly. It asks me to sign in over and over and freezes up…just tried to make a purchase but gave up.
App doesn’t work
This app won’t let me log in. There are no errors, it just redirects back to log in no matter how many times I try. I’ve tried reinstalling the app (several times), updating the phone, reinstalling again… nothing works. I can log in on the website fine but cannot log in on the app.
Love the brand but awful app
Downloaded the app to try to use my rewards points on an order. App is stuck on the cozy earth logo and has never worked.
Invest in your app
Absolutely love your products, but this app is painful to use and embarrassing for such a great brand. I’m glad I didn’t download this until after buying several products from the website.
Lovely brand, terrible app
This app is dreadful. I have to delete and re-download it every time I try and use it. Then when I finally login (typically after at least 1 failed attempt to login even though my password is correct), it doesn’t load most shopping pages. I end up leaving a lot of stuff in my cart and never buy because I get so frustrated with the app (and website, but that’s another review). Please update!!

Horrible APP and customer service
Great products but when trying to buy additional items using the discount codes off the “offers” tab none worked. I submitted a help desk ticket about the issue and the answer I received was “those codes are no longer valid” and there was no additional suggestion. Those same codes are still advertised and it has been many weeks. SMH. Very off-putting but at least I didn’t have an actual issue with my product or order because I highly doubt there would be a resolution.

AMAZING PRODUCT, APP NOT SO MUCH.
Cozy Earth products are amazing and wonderful. I own their clothing and bedding in multiple colors and I can’t get enough! If you are on the fence about buying the product, stop thinking about it and pull the trigger now! You won’t regret it. That said, I downloaded version 1.0.6 of the app and found there is much to be desired. It toggles you back-and-forth to the website depending on what you are trying to do, also my accounts page is blank and I can’t find my orders. Upon trying to sign into the app, I requested to reset my password twice and never received a reset email. In the end I simply created a new login to resolve the issue and ordered from the website.
