Without the App, the product is worthless!
  • Sign up and login doesn’t work

Can’t go beyond the login screen.
  • Missing key features

It seems like this device and the exercises will be useful. But there is no feedback about whether I am doing them correctly, nor ability to view or delete errant details (for example, it just showed my impaired capacity beyond the Guiness World record). The app is confusing and would benefit from more instructions, videos, or pictures. The website doesn’t include app FAQs or instructions. Some elements show Chinese text without English. Eventually, I figured out that I was exhaling when I should have been inhaling on the tests, by trial and error. It took a few tries to figure out how to do the initial test. There does not appear to be a way to clear or even view individual test results. There are no instructions or support for the app to check. The app doesn’t connect to Apple Health, which limits tracking and analysis to in the app. I can’t integrate it with my other health data without individually hand- entering data points that are not displayed. There is an “export” option, but it creates a picture of 3 data points, not export in a usable text or CSV format for tracking purposes.
