Firstly, we want to apologise to our collectors for several issues and bugs in the last build after our service outage. These include logging-in problems, infinite loading screens and offer codes not being accepted. We have fixed these as well as added live chat from the app including an integrated system status notice. If you have trouble, we are here to help.

When we started our journey we had modest goals. But things picked up quicker than we expected. Because of this we made a decision that people didn’t like. So, we have added the Pokémon database back in so that you can search and select your asset as well as have the TCGplayer pricing data for your card shown on the report. We have big plans and will be adding the same capability for all the 11 other cars types soon enough. Thanks for supporting us.

With this update, we have corrected some minor bugs found by our amazing family of collectors as well as completed some general housekeeping. In this update; When you receive a notification relating to a pending grade, tapping it will take you directly to the grading report, where you can view the digital slab of your approved grade. Currently, tapping a notification only opens the app. We also have a little surprise for our rookie collector account holders. Just scan and grade a card to find out ; )

Reviews of Optic Edge

  • Would rate zero stars if I could

Essentially stole my money. Went to grade 3 cards upon purchasing a week subscription. Submitted them and waited. Days passed, then eventually my subscription expired without my cards ever receiving a grade. Literal theft. The losers responsible for this joke of an app should be ashamed for allowing this app to rip so many people off.
  • It’s Great on Paper…

But so was communism. The app does not work. They use AI to grade but it takes forever. How is that the case? You can’t search effectively. You cannot scan cards. They never tell you it doesn’t work on sports cards. There are no FAQs or user manual. Don’t waste your time or money on this app.
  • Doesn’t work

Literally won’t let me submit a card to grade even with VIP access. Which if anyone was wondering, is required to actually use the app for its main advertised purpose, and yes it costs extra even though the app is “free” don’t waste your time.
