Would rate zero stars if I could
Essentially stole my money. Went to grade 3 cards upon purchasing a week subscription. Submitted them and waited. Days passed, then eventually my subscription expired without my cards ever receiving a grade. Literal theft. The losers responsible for this joke of an app should be ashamed for allowing this app to rip so many people off.Signaturesauce
It’s Great on Paper…
But so was communism. The app does not work. They use AI to grade but it takes forever. How is that the case? You can’t search effectively. You cannot scan cards. They never tell you it doesn’t work on sports cards. There are no FAQs or user manual. Don’t waste your time or money on this app.Jw182
Doesn’t work
Literally won’t let me submit a card to grade even with VIP access. Which if anyone was wondering, is required to actually use the app for its main advertised purpose, and yes it costs extra even though the app is “free” don’t waste your time.Shadowfigure8
Theft
Don’t you use this app at all! They charge you a ridiculous amount of money and it doesn’t even let you grade the cards! There is a huge bug that needs to be worked on! I’ve never hated anything as much as this app! They won’t even give me a refund. Why pay for something I can’t even use!Geo1695
No Support or help
I scanned two cards, two days ago and there are still not graded. The server seems to be down as there is an indicator at the top right of the app. However, there is no support link or anything on their website. How is a customer suppose to resolve issues?
How many days does it take the AI to grade a card? No answer can be found on their website. I will be requesting for a full refund soon because it seems like others are having the same issue.Jespana78

More and more thing’s are bad I have wrote multiple reviews about this and it gets worse now they don’t have a website and I can’t cancel the subscription. I hope that if I delete my account it will cancel but if that does not work I don’t know what to do. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!jet jacob
Subscriptions
Did a week subscription. Graded some cards and it was quick and simple. Scanned around 20 more and it’s been pending for 4 days now. Figure it’s because my subscription ended, but I tried finding how resub and can’t find anything anywhere.. there no support either so I’m resorting to this review in hopes to get some answers. This is a cool app and would like to continue using it but I can’t anymore.Zant712
Waste of money and time..
Thought this sounded like a great app but of course was let down. Paid for subscription and glad I only did the weekly. I've submitted almost 20 cards and all say graded but yet constant "pending" on the grade. Don't waste your money. Just send them in to one of the top 3 grading companies. Just a scam that doesn't work.
Edit: 5 days later I start to get grades (7's on flawless cards..) I got one 10 and the picture was horrible just to test it. Also no support for vintage cards. Been a few weeks now with "pending". Very unreliable.m0nd1n1

Hi The app is not a scam, each card is passed through 7 models in the cloud you card remains in a pending state until it has be processed. This may take upto a few hours at peak grading times (depending on server load)Photos come out blurry no matter the phone
Paid for the sub and tried submitting a few grades , the pictures keep coming out blurry tried 3 phones with this app, the issue is not the phones since the cameras still take picture normally and focus ; the issue is the app. Please fix and I’ll adjust my ratingcovid 9ineteen
