HORRIBLE

I tried to pay a entertainment management company for consultation work. They requested that I upload the invoice. After receiving the invoice, they said the payment was canceled because I’d worked with, NOT for, the management company. Uh….YEAH…that’s why I hired the company…because of the amazing work they’d done for clients that I was working with at the time.

It’s a bunch of “back and forth” for nothing.

Worst service

Cancelled three transactions without any reason. Be careful with this service. When I asked what your policy said that I need to provide everything about my business partner they kept silent. A lot companies hasn’t social media information that’s normal, but these guys didn’t heard about it. Not recommended service ever.

Stole $4000 from me

I will never again use Plastiq or a vendor that uses them.

I used Plastiq to pay a vendor $4000. The transaction fee was an additional $116. WEEKS after I initiated the transaction on Plastiq, the vendor still had not received the payment. Plastiq customer support now claims they can’t find my transaction - despite it showing up on my dashboard (I have screen shots and a transaction number from their platform). The money was withdrawn from my account. I am now working with my bank to recoup the money. I now believe Plastiq is a scam.

No more AMEX

They took away the ability to use an AMEX card. So many people relying on Plastiq and you let us down.

Garbage

Stopped accepting Amex abruptly, and I can’t add a bank account. Just keeps looping. Amazingly bad product.

Unable to create account

I downloaded the app and it’s asking for my login credentials. However, I never had an account and it doesn’t give the option to create one. So annoying

Made me late on my rent!

This company caused me to be late on my rent! This company is super strict, regulatory, and bureaucratic. They refunded me twice over something very minor.

If you guys advertise what you say you advertise then you should follow through. You guys are risking people being out on the streets with your last minute and abrupt refunds and cancelations. I’d be better off using money orders.

Awesome!

Long time Plastiq user that just started using the app, the UI seems pretty good so far. I mostly pay repeat vendors so haven’t tried adding any new ones yet but it looks similar to the website.

Not recognizing my connected banks

Weird glitch where it won’t let me submit a payment. Recognizes my credit card info but then a red required button shows up at the very bottom.

I’ve been trying to submit a payment for the last hour. No one to talk to when it goes south.

Annoying. Both the web page and app. App looks smooth as far as UI goes.

Lack of features

Can’t reach customer support from the app, can’t tell whether a check has been deposited or not. The information is inconsistent at best.
