Love this product! Pay with confidence. ❤️

Powers up my cash flow so that I can pay for more things with my credit card, and now with the app I can keep track of that on the go, which is a massive plus. Getting rewards and net terms now on things I never used to get that with is amazing.

Customer Service Needs Improving

Was trying to pay a daycare bill, which was rejected because they deemed it a “peer-to-peer” payment. The message indicated I could upload an invoice as proof that it was for a legitimate bill, which I’ve done multiple times. I have received no response whatsoever via email. You cannot reach them by phone. They have a live chat option, but it’s extremely unhelpful and all they can tell you is to email account services, which, like I said, I’ve done multiple times over the course of a week. Not being able to talk with anyone or have meaningful communication is extremely frustrating and has now put me in an unnecessary time crunch.

Slick app - makes it easy to track payments

I am a web user first, glad to see the mobile app available now. I’ve found it great for keeping track of my payments while away from my computer. Pretty slick app as well!

Ridiculous Requirement To Upload Invoice

There are literally an endless number of online bill payment options out there, and this is the first time I was required to either upload a photo or digital copy of the invoice I was trying to pay. Why?!?!? A totally unnecessary and annoying step. Not required by an other service that I’ve used. I just shut the app down and didn’t use it.

Well structured, clean and useful

Finally no more password typing. Very clean, intuitive and simple. We like the new Plastiq app a lot.

I am able to pay my rent with my credit card and get bonus points! I live in SF so you know that rent is high!

It’s like Venmo for business, where the funding method is whatever you want, and your vendor doesn’t need to be connected.

The future of digital payables is now, or very near, with everything I can see Plastiq adding on to this app.
