This app is awesome but could be so much more…

Myself and a few buddies of mine use this app when we golf. We were looking for an app that allowed us to create a apple playlist together so we all can listen to each others music on a single playlist on different golf carts. When the app works, it’s a great experience. When it doesn’t, is can cause some frustration.

The issues we are having with the app is that sometimes it will shut down completely or pause our songs for no reason when checking the time on the Lock Screen or even tapping the screen to awaken it. Our phones are put onto phone holders by Desert Fox so they doesn’t vibrate around everywhere when going to the next out of bounds ball or going over stumps and roots. So from our perspective, it’s not our phones causing this issue. If the CASET team can take a look into this as it’s been a minute since the last update, that would be greatly appreciated.

About the issue you’re running into, this is first I’m hearing about this, it could be technical issue (maybe you have a large group of friends or a really long mix, which is not often the case). It doesn’t let me play music?

I really like the idea of the app but for some reason it won’t let me listen to the mixtapes.

You need an active Apple Music subscription to play music with Caset. If you do have one and are still unable to play, please drop me at developer@caset.app to resolve this issue for you. -Ashwin

Necessary Features, Please!

I love the easy way to share and create playlists in the app, but it’s impossible to rearrange the songs in the mixtapes. I can’t find a reason why this wouldn’t be included. Many of my playlists simply don’t work because they are all put in backwards. I’m giving this 4 stars though because I like the direction that the app is going in.

Has Potential

I’m enjoying the app, however I do feel it misses a few key features:

Reordering of tracks - A no brainer in my option for a playlist app!
Ability to export back to Apple Music - A must in my household for use with music players and to allow me to keep all my playlists in one location

Definitely agree that reordering is a no brainer, which is why we’ll be adding it in a future update. Actually, we’re not just stopping at simple reordering, so stay tuned! 😉

Needs an app for CarPlay.

This is a good app I’ve been looking for something like this but it needs a CarPlay app. It doesn’t show the songs in CarPlay.

Missing the most important feature!

I downloaded this app hoping it would allow me to build a ‘mixed tape’ playlist in my selected order but you can’t reorder the songs! I don’t want to shuffle them I want certain music for certain parts of the night. Very disappointed

Good app but missing one small feature.

Overall in terms of the app itself I like it a lot, really good design and does its job perfectly. However my main issue with this app is that to listen to these playlists, you need to use the app as that’s the only place you can view them. So I can’t play this playlist on my pc or tv and having to open and close the app everytime I want to play the playlist isn’t pleasant.

A fix I would propose is to simply publish the playlist as a playlist on Apple Music. Not to edit it or add songs or anything, but simply so we can play the playlist without having to open the app. If that was the case, I would give this app a higher rating and use it more.
