Shift worker waiting for access code

I have heard good things about this app for shift workers like myself. I emailed back in August and have not heard anything. Will delete soon.

Working well

I have been using this app for a number of months now. Initially, you could only put in a few shifts at a time. Now, I can put in a whole month’s schedule without problems. It works similarly to the jet lag app. The interface is the same. I has really helped me plan my sleep and adjustments to the changing shifts that I work throughout the month. I think that I am better rested and more alert during my shifts. I wish this was something that I had when I first started my career.

I’m very much looking forward to this app being up and running

Had the app on my phone for like 2 years, have emailed a couple of times asking when they think it’ll be up a running. It doesn’t seem like there’s been much movement in that time unfortunately.

Hi Toyah, You should have been onboarded long ago. Maybe the email you entered to join the waiting list was misspelled? I found our dialogue in our support system and I can see that the email you entered in that context does not match any emails on our waiting list. I will reach out to you to make sure you will be onboarded this week. /Jacob

Few Bugs

I got my email for the access code a couple weeks ago and have been using the app diligently ever since. It felt odd to take a 4 hour “nap” from 0100-0500 hrs and then again before my shift later in the day but it worked and I was alert when I was supposed to be! I find that adding new shifts of changing existing shifts sometimes takes a few tries and I often get a message about the server not being available but usually by my second try it works. Looking forward to seeing how this pans out long term.

Concept is amazing

I’m not a user but I can tell that this app is going to do amazing! There isn’t alot of things that really cater to shift workers. I have downloaded so many and none of them really do it! I even considered just developing my own app! I’m am really excited for when this becomes available to everyone!

Does the app actually exist?

I have been on the “waiting list” for almost a year and I still haven’t received the invitation code.

Never ending wait list that you don’t know if you’re even on it

Maybe one day they’ll even confirm I’m on the wait list, let alone allow access to the app. 😔

Since reviews in the Apple store are anonymous I cannot confirm your waiting list status, but if you reach out to support@timeshifter.com and share your email I will help you get clarity on your status.

App does not exist

I’m very confused about this app. I see that it has regular updates, but when I download, it asks me to join a waiting list. I did this, but after a month have had no response (or even a waiting list confirmation). The app looks amazing. I would love to try it.

Waste of time

Unfortunately this app is not worth downloading..

Trying to love it.

When it works, it works beautifully. When it doesn't, it's very frustrating. Lots of internal service errors" recently. I prefer it to "Shift", as it is simpler to use, but the service errors aren't doing it for me. Hoping it gets better soon!
