  • Unprofessional

    I have used Uplift in the past and I was extremely impressed with the app in the beginning. Then my purchase power went up and I was able to make purchases on my budget. One day I logged in and everything disappeared! I still have a small balance to pay off (less than $30) but no one at the company has given me a real answer. Customer service says they are not sure what is going on with the app. The email support advised me to go use other apps platforms because they are unable to define a specific time frame for operations. I was also told by their customer service representative that they were “surprised that I had a loan because everyone else is using the travel app”! I’m so disappointed in this app because I thought they were going to be honest but I’m going to pay them that little bit and delete the app. It’s been going on for over a year now and nothing has changed. I was paying the balance slowly hoping it would be up and running by now but I was wrong. Please Uplift don’t respond to my review with that bot reply because emailing support team is a waste of time.

  • Can’t verify my info

    Can’t finish setting up my account because your system cannot verify my application information, so therefore you cannot offer me a plan at this time. So when will you be able to verify my info in neverary…. How is this a legitimate site if you can never verify information. I have used other 4 pays , was going to use this one to book a future cruise but thats out of the question now.

  • Once You’ve Gone Up(lift), You Can Never Go Down

    I love this method of payment! I have very expensive taste, and part of that includes travelling in style, which my pocket book doesn’t always support. Uplift makes it possible for me to lead the life of luxury I deserve, and I never feel the loss of money, as a result. They are fair, offer reasonable loans, and I’d say, even generous!

  • Great experience with purchasing

    I have enjoyed using uplift for my purchases. It has allowed me to do so without stress. For someone to be able to purchase or use for travel needs like a cruise or flights. This is a great financial opportunity to get the things you want to do without stressing. I just love it

  • Waste of time

    I’m planning my honeymoon and it’s says $232 a month for my trip. I go to enter my info to see if that’s actually the amount I’d pay and it says “not available for West Virginia Residents.” Why say $232 a month if you don’t offer it in every state. It should say “not available in certain states” so people don’t waste their time filling out the information just for them to be denied.

  • No star at all for me

    Just got the app and sign sign up. Went to check my purchase power and for some reason it gave me no purchase power, even though with Klarna and Affirm I have thousands available for purchasing. Then it tells me that I can purchase with my debit or credit card through the app. I wouldn’t have wanted to try this app if that was my goal. Instantly deleted the app, don’t recommend this app at all.

  • Garbage App

    For months been trying to use this app and keep getting can’t verify application information. Now when I log in. Getting a message stating my uplift has been disabled. Seems the app is glitching for many individuals. Not good business when on the horizon, Apple Pay Later is about to debut and don’t forget about Walmart offering their own service. Two titans to add to the field with very deep pockets. My iPhone is my wallet and Apple surely knows it. It may be a little too late, if Uplift fixes the glitches because I for one will gladly give all my business to Apple.

  • Worked and now doesn’t

    Like most others it seems as though the app just stopped working. I had no issues making virtual cards for a little while now it no longer works and the reason is “application information couldn’t be verified”. Hopefully this is fixed in a future update.
