It just does not work
It cannot be made to login to my orcon email account so has no purpose it is a piece of junk
Not 12 month fixed
This stupid company offers "12 month fixed term" plans but we were charged for a 13th month after we requested to close our account once we moved out of our 1 year lease flat. They said it takes up to 30 days to close the account which is questionable but then still charged us a 13th bill??? When we called they took no immediate action and said they'd call back tmrw. We never agreed to renew the contract or anything

Useless
Set up an automatic payment from a new account, app confirms new account, deleted the old one in app and still draws from old account. Cannot view billing history, cannot see fibre plan or any options to change or upgrade. Can’t do anything?!
What’s the point?
This app is no better than the previous one, still no in-app mobile functionality and the link to take you to a web portal for mobile details doesn’t work! I couldn’t even log in for a few hours after downloading it, on either the new app or via a web browser on a different device. The current app logged in fine. A new look can’t mask the same old issues.
