No washer available

When I go to add an appliance I only have options for an Air Purifier, a robot vacuum, an over or a double oven.

There is no option for ANY laundry appliances or refrigerators.

Start later functionality is the worst

Takes 15 mins to slide to your desired start time. It shouldn’t be this hard! Old functionality allowed you to insert a start time and away you’d go. This is basic stuff. Either fix the slider or change the UI to let you set a time. Shockingly poor update.

App will not save house map

Recently bought a robot vacuum and tried to set it up by creating a map of our house but it will not save to the app. We’ve scanned the whole house multiple times but as soon as it’s done the app tells us there is no map. As soon as you open the app, however, the map will be there but a second later it disappears again making the vacuum borderline useless. Called customer support and the best advice they could conjure up was to turn the vacuum off and on… incredible insight. Unbelievably disappointed and we will be returning the vacuum and won’t be buying another product from Electrolux.

Worked okay for a while

The app worked okay for a while. Today it kept having an error message, like something went wrong but no way to fix it. Tried opening and closing it a few times but wouldn’t resolve. Decided to try deleting the app and reinstalling it. Won’t move past the first step - can’t select a region and therefore can’t login. Wanted to report the issue to app developers but that link just takes me to a website to report a problem about my actual appliance. So reporting it via review instead.

Absolute rubbish

Got a new front load washer yesterday, have followed the instructions in the manual exactly. Still won’t connect after 5-6 attempts getting different error codes. Called customer service who were useless and don’t know their products. Was told a technical advisor would call however still haven’t received a call.

Start Later Feature is Horrible

The delayed start/start later feature in the app is back to the slide option and it’s terribly designed! Poor response rate and takes forever to scroll through anything longer than an hour! Whoever on the design team is pushing this out is just trolling at this stage! Go back the hour/minute wheel select method and leave it alone!

Works well for robot vacuum- mostly

Functions well, able to connect and set schedules. It has however done a new map of its own accord which the app will not allow me to delete. If I want to do a clean without setting it as a task, it will only allow me to use the rogue map- it refuses to select the maps I have created!

No Washer or Dryer in app

There’s NO adding a washer or dryer to your app in the United States. I have the app. I even copied your link from a previous complaint where you stated you do and it takes me to your app that does NOT have those appliances listed for the U.S.. UGH

Hello, We are not selling connected washers and dryers in the US. If you have a connected washer in the US you might try a VPN tunnel to the relevant market for your washer. We support all appliances in the app but you cant find the ones that are not on your market.

Portable Air Conditioner

Option to add supported portable air conditioner is not available, despite the instructions and documentation that came with the AC

Washer and dryer

Why is there no option to add a washer and dryer specifically? The thumbnails above show a washer and dryer and in the app I have no option to select a washer or a dryer. Pretty stupid when I buy your products and your app doesn’t list them.

Hi, from your App Store location it looks like you are in the US. We have no connected washers on sale in that market. That is why you dont find any products. Best advice would be to use a VPN to the market your washer is made for. When added to the app you dont need the VPN anymore. Hope that helps.
