US based app?

I have a washer and dryer, but unfortunately the app is not available in the US? Can you please work on that app so that we can add our appliances in the USA as obviously we can buy them. Thank you.

Pointless app

I recently purchased a matching washing machine and dryer that are wifi capable only to find that you can’t connect more than one appliance to this app, according to the support line. My washing machine connects, and the app is great for alerting me when the load is finished, but I can’t connect my dryer too. Can you sort this out?

Hi, that information is not correct. You can connect as many of our appliances as you want. No limits on amount of appliances. If you need support please get in contact with us. Love it except….

The app is incredible except I don’t understand why you can’t set the oven in Fahrenheit. Nobody uses Celsius.

We appreciate your positive feedback! You should be able to find the settings for units under the profile section of the app. It is a setting that take affect for you as a user on all your appliances. Please let us know if you don't find it under the profile tab. appteam@electrolux.com

Garbage like the old app

I was excited when they released a new app since the last one stopped connecting to our appliance but this one really isn't much better. The most annoying is the measurements setting. Every time I set it to Fahrenheit it defaults back to Celsius!! Fix this already! It is not device dependant, it's your app that needs fixing

App Bugs

Try to install the app today on 3 different IOS devices .

The installation was fine but the app won’t proceed past the country selection screen . No choices come up and all I can do is close the screen and go back to the start page .

Would love this to be fixed as I would like to sue the the full capability of my new Electrolux washing machine

New app is worse

I used the delay start function a lot. The way it works on the new app is horrendous!!! Having to tap (it won't even let you scroll!) minute by minute until I reach the time I want, and it moves soooooo slowly. I waste so much time trying to set the delay start that I rarely use it now. Such a disappointment

Delay start timer woes

I love the notification when the washing machine is finished.

The delay start is woeful, it’s very handy to be able to see the estimated finish time but the scrolling timeline is glitchy and only lets me scroll about 4 minutes at a time. Please fix this!

Used to work

The app used to work. But since a few weeks my robot vacuum doesn’t do scheduled tasks anymore. I contacted customer service but their reply was useless.
Since today I can also not start the robot vacuum from the app anymore.
Will be taking the robot vacuum back to store as this makes it useless.

Can’t even log in

Bring back the old app, I can’t even log into my account using the details from the old app. Terrible app and a waste of time, now I can’t even use my washer properly!!!!
