Connected but no way to update the appliance

Connected my dryer to the app, which worked fine (could never get it to work with the previous app). However, it displayed that my dryer required an update but gave no option to update the firmware on the dryer, or any instructions as to how it would update the firmware on the dryer. When I got home from work to try and work out how to update it, the dryer has disappeared from the app and will now not allow me to reconnect it.

Old app preferred

I had the old app for my washer, which is now unavailable. I found it worked quite well, never really had a problem with it. The wash aid was awesome. It worked well and told me exactly what I needed to select. I can’t seem to get this function to work on the new app at all.
Half the time it doesn’t connect to my phone and it can take me up to 15 minutes just to start the machine on an app only function. Very frustrating.
Please bring the old app back!!

Terrible compared to old app

Lack of usage history and delayed start for washing machine very poor to use

Preferred the old app had more options

Had to update to this app as the old app became outdated. Connected the washing machine all good but now the functionality has decreased dramatically. I used to be able to track the stats of the washer, what’s wash cycles I had done and how many so I could determine when I would need to clean it. Now all I can see is what cycle the washing machine is currently on and pause it if I want. Usually updates on apps go forward and doesn’t take a huge leap backwards. :(

Not available most of the features in old app

Old app had stats such as how many times Dior opened, Temperature and some other metrics and warnings. But this one didn’t see any of it.

No history in app

I use washing combo model EWW1042ADWA
The old app have the history. I missed that

Poor replacement

I previously used Electrolux Lite with no issues and was forced to update to this version meaning I had to reset up the wifi etc. Despite following all instructions it still won’t connect and I’ve wasted so much time trying I just gave up, it should have been a seamless update

It works, I guess

I finally managed to connect the oven to the app. It works. Sort of… The temperature settings are stuck on Celsius, even if i changed the measurement settings to Fahrenheit in the “measurement units” setting of the app.

My appliances disappeared

I have a washer and dryer. Both worked fine in Electrolux Life which no longer runs because this app replaces it.

Which would be fine except this app won’t show my appliances. When I go through the process of trying to re-add them, everything works fine, and then they still won’t show!

I still get notifications from my appliances in the app even though it won’t show the appliances. There is no contact support link in the app to get help so I’m just stuck.

Can’t start another cycle

When using my washer dryer, I can start the wash cycle from the app but once it’s done I need to go to wash machine to then be able to put dryer on if need. The old app was better as it was something that could be done especially if my washing had finished and I was out of the house I could easily turn on dryer.
