App has a bug

It is stuck on region screen and cannot go further into creating an account.

Can’t create an account

When attempting to accept the T&C, the app kicks you back one screen. It’s Impossible to achieve the very first and most important step! Did anyone from the dev team try running the app before shipping it?

Great! Some suggestions

Straightforward and easy to use app to control my air purifier. The onboarding was super simple. Smart tasks could be improved! Maybe location-based smart tasks my be helpful. For example if I leave my condo, I forget to manually turn off the air purifier. How about once it senses that I’m away that it’ll turn off? Just an idea.

Electrolux app failed again- nice recovery

Revised - nice recovery Electrolux. But again, please make your app & systems more robust! so this stops repeating.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed by an app from Electrolux. First you guys made us move the management of our Pure i9 robot vac from the Wellbeing app to the one named simply Electrolux. We lost a couple things, but I moved on with life. Now, for the 2nd or 3rd time in the past year, this app has crashed, forgotten my profile, and will not allow either a password reset or a new account to be created (last ditch attempt to get control of my vac). It’s a hard working vac and deserves much better than this. Oh, yeah and so do I, since I bought it. Please get your crap together, Electrolux!

Have to re register device constantly

When it worlds it’s fine, but most of the time this involves rescanning the barcodes on the device and connecting it all over again to the network

Pure i9.2 - App can’t connect to/find robot vacuum

It’s the worst product user experience I ever had and I suspect it’s all the app that’s responsible for that. I was trying to connect the Pure i9.2 to WiFi for two weeks. App just hangs at very last step where it supposed to transfer WiFi connection profile to the device. 99% tries failed. Then I finally got on the call with support and the only thing they could recommend is to do a hard reset for the robot by removing the batteries. I tried like 10 times, and it only worked once… so robot got finally the WiFi connection profile from the app but then app itself couldn’t connect yo robot despite robot correctly connecting to to the WiFi which is confirmed by WiFi Router Clients list and by the solid WiFi light/indicator on the robot itself. Electrolux support is helpless and offering to send the robot for repair. Electrolux Pure i9 Community has been taken down too. So I left pretty much without help. It’s Pure iNightmare to set this up although in cleaning the robot is the best. So to summarize… after two weeks of struggle and hassle I’m sending brand new robot back to Amazon and the new Electrolux app seems to be complete useless garbage. SORRY ELECTROLUX BUT YOU EARNED IT BY YOUR TERRIBLE INABILITY TO DELIVER HASSLE FREE PRODUCT EXPERIENCE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND VERY SAD BECAUSE I LOVE THIS ROBOT JUST NOT ITS SOFTWARE AND CRAPPY WIFI CAPABILITIES.

Extremely happy with both my A9 air purifier and the app. Super easy to set up and everything is very intuitive. Plus I love the sleek design of the product - fits right in with most decors and homes!

App doesn’t work

Just downloaded the app. Tried to create a login. It asks for the country you are in. However no countries at all are listed. It’s a blank screen. Can’t go any further. Deleted my well-being old app as well. So now my device won’t work unless I physically touch it. Tried deleting and re installing the app but nothing

Poor App never works

This app has a lot of bugs. It constantly tells me it’s unavailable and if I remotely start a clean on the app I have a lot a problems with the vacuum starting a clean for less than 30 seconds before it’s returning to the charging base to tell me it’s finished cleaning. It literally says “Cleaned 0 square meters!” 🤦🏻‍♀️ it also no longer cleans the whole mapped area anymore. Ever.
If I push the play button on the machine it seems to clean with no problems.
The app is useless.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like the robot has lost the connection with the cloud. Try restarting it:​ 1.Remove the robot from the charger.​ 2.Press Play / Pause for about 8 seconds and the power bar will flow inwards or OFF will appear in the display (depending on the model).​ 3.When the display goes out, put the robot in the charger and it will restart If this does not help, please reach out to us: info.wellbeing@elelctrolux.com
