I’ve ordered from Pinemelon weekly for the past few months. It never fails, there is always something wrong with my order. Missing items and more commonly, completely smashed produce. Pinemelon really needs to figure out their packaging system. I’m tired of 1) paying for food that isn’t included in my order with no response from customer service and 2) receiving damaged, rotten, smashed produce that I paid for with zero response from customer service. The concept is great, love the convenience, but at this rate I cannot rely on Pinemelon and end up having to go to Whole Foods anyways (the store I was trying to avoid but ordering from Pinemelon). I’ve been spending *more* money shopping at Pinemelon because I’m constantly having to replace items on my own dime. They have definitely lost a customer this past week with the 2 missing pieces of fruit, 8 smashed peaches, and zero response from customer service.
