Great concept, terrible execution
I’ve ordered from Pinemelon weekly for the past few months. It never fails, there is always something wrong with my order. Missing items and more commonly, completely smashed produce. Pinemelon really needs to figure out their packaging system. I’m tired of 1) paying for food that isn’t included in my order with no response from customer service and 2) receiving damaged, rotten, smashed produce that I paid for with zero response from customer service. The concept is great, love the convenience, but at this rate I cannot rely on Pinemelon and end up having to go to Whole Foods anyways (the store I was trying to avoid but ordering from Pinemelon). I’ve been spending *more* money shopping at Pinemelon because I’m constantly having to replace items on my own dime. They have definitely lost a customer this past week with the 2 missing pieces of fruit, 8 smashed peaches, and zero response from customer service.Show lessdddddwade72625
The Best Local Grocery Service
Great food options with a focus on local producers, same prices as in stores, but delivered to your doorstep. All the employees I’ve interacted with have been genuinely nice, too. Lifesaver - highly recommend.risadora

Rocky start
Overall happy enough to use it a second time, but the first try wasn’t seamless. Frozen items weren’t insulated and were melted all over the inside of the bag. And I keep getting notifications about a support ticket and replies to it but I get an error message when I tap the notification.GHnSF
