The product are clean (ingredients) and beneficial. I care for my Afro-Kinky hair at home and I have a set of products at my hair stylists shop. She absolutely loves the products. Once she read the ingredients that was all the confirmation needed. I am a Man just about 60 years old. No receding hairline, no balding, and a full head of hair, maybe 7-gray hairs. LOL. I started my locs using miracle mink , i is the shampoo, conditioner, black rice water and locs wax and edge control and all have got my hair long when started hair wasn’t to my neck in 2017 now it 2023 my hair I almost to my buttocks that how good this product! Telephone Call to Check on my order
My Sister and I have been ordering Mrs Riley’s products about 8 months now. We like the results we have received from the products. I had placed an order about a month ago and I called in to check the status of my order. I was so hurt and disappointed at the response I received from Mrs Darlene who answered my call. She did not check the system to see the status of my order but only told me in an unpleasant tone that they were behind in shipping the orders out to the customers, and rushed me off the phone. I was really surprised at the unpleasant tone that I received from Mrs Darlene, because I had a lot of respect for her and saw her as a Sweet Heart before this phone call. We are still purchasing products from Mrs Riley, and decided to pray for her because we decided maybe she was having a bad day. We pray for a full recovery for Mrs Darlene, as we are aware that she has had a surgical procedure. May God continue to Bless Mrs Riley and Mrs Darlene & Family!!Narutofan01
