PLEASE HELP! LN-CC app doesn’t work in US
Every time I try changing the shipping from Italy to US it says my browser doesn’t allow cookies but I made sure so many times it does and it sends me somewhere else. I tried to us the app to get the 10% off but it won’t let me use US as shipping optionThebigpanis

Even with the new 10/11/22 app update it’s still not letting me sign in with my email address for an existing account I made on the website.Smfh

registered on web but pages freeze all the time, so decided to try the app, can’t login for some reason. It creates a different account or something, with no name and details. All my saved items and cart was disappeared on app放心纵火犯
Very disappointing
So unexpectedly disappointing app that logs out every time i close it, shows wrong delivery status in my items, unsuccessfully tries to open browser and fails, tons of glitches with fonts etc etc. So surprised how a good company can ignore investments in a good app. Shamesleepycat5566

The site always take ages to load ( it’s the same when I try to go into my wish list) and often shuts down when I try to use the search function. I deleted the app a few weeks ago and reinstalled it about a week ago, hoping the issues had been fixed, but it’s exactly the same. I normally end up having to shop the site via the browser, because the app is so frustrating. It’s being promoted on the homepage as if it’s something special, but it’s just a bit rubbish.Show lessHony1st
