    This outdated app is so slow.
  • Absolutely useless

    Only needed this to upload my id, well it won’t accept my JPEG so what’s the point. I don’t even get the option to press the upload button. Thanks for nothing.

    The app is old and outdated. Nothing works and everything stalls. I’m sorry if you have to use this app because it will not work for you.

    I’m so glad this technology is on my campus. I really hope the individuals responsible for introducing this app on my campus take a little time out of their day to wrap their dry, dusty lips around the pipe of a 45.

    That is terrible. It takes an extra 10 minutes to even enter. The cafeteria is gone to the place where the students just disregard the workers and walk right in. this app is a nightmare and barely works. If the object of this is app is to discourage students from using the amenities on campus they already pay for app works wonders.

    Unintuitive design. Awful UI/UX and the best part, it doesn’t work.

    Even though I have a lease required to use the bus, the app wouldn’t show that I was eligible in my credentials. I missed my first day of class thanks to the terrible dev team behind this. In the end I had to do an awkward work around using apple wallet with zero help from app support.

    0/10, school administrators, please don’t use this.

  • Customer service is useless

    Got the app b/c school asked to for the bus pass. It won’t add properly and I was denied access to the bus twice. Called the number and emailed and was told to wait. Waited for 24 hrs for them to send an email with a link… like y’all had me wait 24 hrs, denied me the bus, all for a link ? No thanks.
  • Excellent app!

    I no longer need a key card, all I need is my phone. App works seamlessly no matter if I am using my phone or not.
