Reviews of Brussels Card

Leave a Review Brussels Card
  • Terrible App

Appalling app which deserves Zero stars. Nothing works including the Map function & Opening Hours wrong. Bolzar closed all summer. Feedback dismissed with pompous responses.
  • A clunky card to use

This card promises a lot: visits to the many wonderful museums in Brussels.

But it is clunky and time consuming to use in each museum, and the map of attractions is next to useless. We bought the little €1 map at the tourist information as Google maps seemed to get baffled and lost in the non-parallel streets of Brussels.

Similarly, the Metro card attached is not user friendly. You need to enter the numbers into a ticket machine to get the pass issued. However, the instructions on the ticket machine are initially opaque.

Finally, it only saves you money if you speed through the museums, rather than leisurely savour the exhibitions etc.

If you want to savour rather than speed through museums, and prefer the simplicity of using credit cards, then I’d recommend you do without the Brussel’s Card.
