Coins and customer service never there
I purchased a coin package didn’t receive it, tried to hit the restore button didn’t restore it
( which has worked before but not this time), went to the faq that didn’t work. Then went to the customer service assist button didn’t help hit the customer service chat typed out the problem never received a reply soooo not helpful in getting it resolved. Shame really, I like the stories enough, even though I think the chapters are costly and would be nice to have other ways to fill coins or the very least.Streeterj

Ever since my app updated I no longer get the daily pass yet it’s still up there where it tells you how many coins you have and says you can get them with the daily check in which I do everydaylenabluestuff
