    Great concept but poor customer service and response times. The sensor provided failed after two hours of wear (not their fault, just a faulty sensor). I got the run around from the health coach and customer support after inquiring about a replacement sensor for over a week! They were kind but could not provide any solution and coach/customer service response time are extremely slow. I will have to dispute the charges on my FSA because I have not received a response to my refund requests. They also haven’t been active on social media since December so I am not sure what’s going on with this company.
  • This app truly changed how I eat, sleep and exercise

    I’ve only been using this service for a few weeks but have already been seeing a tremendous improvement in my energy levels and general well being!
    I’ve discovered that certain foods have an immensely negative impact on my mood, hunger levels and even my anxiety.
    I highly recommend this app to anyone that’s curious on how to truly improve their quality of life
