Do not recommend
Great concept but poor customer service and response times. The sensor provided failed after two hours of wear (not their fault, just a faulty sensor). I got the run around from the health coach and customer support after inquiring about a replacement sensor for over a week! They were kind but could not provide any solution and coach/customer service response time are extremely slow. I will have to dispute the charges on my FSA because I have not received a response to my refund requests. They also haven’t been active on social media since December so I am not sure what’s going on with this company.ej92929292
