Hi! Luminar Share is a free app that allows transferring photos from Luminar Neo to mobile (and vice versa) wirelessly. I'm afraid it works with Luminar Neo only.Luminar share
I have downloaded and uninstalled so many times but it still won’t work with Luminar Neo both pc and phone are connected to the same network so very disappointed with this app only 1 in 10 people say it works so there’s a problem with the app no point getting in touch with the support teamRwvessex

Hi - Quite often, it's the firewall that prevents the apps from establishing connections. We recommend creating an exception for Luminar Neo in the firewall software (either a third-party or the default OS one). I’ve been using Neo for over a year and it runs really slow on my Mac Studio. I purchased the plug in that was supposed to come with the software and renewed my membership X. After I purchased the plug in because I wanted to support the company and renewed my membership I was told I would have to pay extra to watch the video on how to use the software that was included the previous year. If they are going to nickel and dime you to death I would have went with Adobe for $9.99. And yes I did contact support and they said they changed the way the membership worked. If I had know I would not be allowed to watch the video I would not have renewed my membership.Show lessJohnBoy5562

Having repeatedly tried to connect the app to the software and re-installing the app twice I’ve given up as it’s simply failing to have the QR code on screen long enough for it to read it.Mindfulness Mastery

Love the concept! However, my pc has a wired internet connection my phone cannot not connect. This is from the fact that they are not on the “same” Wi-Fi network. It would be cool if they could some how work around that.Dr.dubL.Og

I have Luminar Neo on my Mac plug-in for Apple Photo. When I edit photo with Luminar Neo Great Plugin! There is NO SHARE BUTTON TO CONNECT IPHONE APP! Please advise and Thank You

How do you get it to connect! I see others had the same issue, how did they fix it? I tried everything that the in the emails that you have sent me.

Doesn’t work
Cannot transfer photos from my iPhone. This App doesn’t work. Searching online, it seems to be an all too common problem. Wasted hours trying to fix it with no success. Very disappointing after purchasing Neo software today.Exasper8d

I consider myself a techy guy who’s pretty good with networking but for the life of me couldn’t get this app to work. The desktop application always failed to connect. I have things like UPNP enabled, etc and still no luck. Seems like I’m not the only one either.FloridaStateMan
