First Time Rider - Wonderful Service & Value

They fixed what was broken
When I started to use the program it was amazing. Even on a busy day, it was fast and communication was great. They had amazing drivers. Now, it’ll say they are going to pick you up at a time but it shows up 30 minutes late or more. The drivers that they have never answer when you have a question. On top of that, the app has more and more issues. As someone who use to use the app 3-4 times a day, I am starting to use it less and less. Very disappointing time.JVR101
