App constantly won’t load
I just downloaded the app a couple days ago and purchased a subscription. When I try to open the app the screen just spins and never opens. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing and the same thing happens. My internet works fine and all of my other apps are working. Waste of money!AlexB1992
Please fix audio!
I absolutely adore this app, and the instructors- but I get so disappointed when I click on a workout only to find the audio doesn’t work. For the price, I’d hope that we’d at least get consistent audio quality. No hate, but please trouble shoot!Liv19756
Technical issues
I love the classes, really truly do, but there is almost always some technical issues - no sound, live is under the wrong class name, not available for 24 hours after. :(kanshly
I love this app.
I love these workouts. These instructors are excellent and I love the format. I love seeing the class following as well as the instructor. So far, I have tried and love High Fitness and Surge Fit. The app might have some glitches, but I am sure that it will continue to improve. After trying a few other home workout apps, I am so grateful to have found this app through Rachel Parcell on Instagram. Good Concept, But Glitchy & Not As Advertised
I do love the instructors at the studio. The classes are really high-quality and I was very excited to be able to do them virtually, at my own time with previously recorded sessions. However, it is not as advertised. Not all of the classes are available 24 hours after they were live. I have yet to be able to access a High Fitness class after the scheduled time. The majority of the times for the classes in the morning and in the evenings do not work for my schedule. I like the concept that they are previously recorded and available for 24 hours, so I can do them in the afternoon. I was just disappointed to find that of the four classes that were scheduled this morning, only one is available as a previously recorded session. It’s disappointing to not be getting what I’m paying for. All classes should be available as a previously recorded session for 24 hours- as stated. I have been a member for a few weeks now and have reported this problem multiple times with no avail.Show lessTinkbell12
Help needed with app
So I downloaded the app but when I open it nothing happens. There are no classes, no menus, nada. Just a black and white screen that says Live & on Demand classes. I can’t sign up or access them. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and nada. Please help. I want to join the fun.EastcoastLi

I’ve tried several fitness apps over the years and this one is by far my favorite! I love the instructors and the variety of classes that are offered. I especially love that when I’m out of town I can still get my workout on! I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking 🤍stregth tone + happiness
